There are many going to hell, they think they’re going to heaven, they are the self-deceived in Matthew 7:13-14.

Make sure, check your faith, be truthful to God and yourself about compromising with sin, and sinful people. There are lines true Christians cannot cross, no-one can serve two masters, the conscience of a true Christian will convict or acquit, listen to God as you read the Bible

Hebrews 13:18 (NKJV) 18 Pray for us; for we are confident that we have a good conscience, in all things desiring to live honorably.

Self-deceived ‘christians’ are not serious about Who their Leader is and Who they’re following, their casual walk of flexible faith should be an alarm ringing.

Jesus is so serious about the consequences and penalty of sins, He suffered and gave His life for those who seriously believe in Him, those who love Him and willingly obey the Word of God, the Bible. Striving for a hatred of sin, for the hate of the temptation to sin and for every thought and word and deed that put nails through the hands and feet of Jesus, is a blessing to maintain.

Turning from sin and ways of expressing sin and people who love sin, is repenting, which is commanded in the Bible, the Word of God shows the righteous fruit of repentance and teaches a new life in Jesus brings changes that are God honoring in a new life walking with Jesus, enjoying a clear conscience,

Philippians 2:12-13 (NKJV) 12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

Matthew 7:13-14 (NKJV) 13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 [a]Because narrow is the gate and [b]difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

1 Peter 5:6-9 (NKJV) Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Be [a]sober, be [b]vigilant; [c]because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
